CMMI®
Level 4 Implementation
This
two-day event is Techrizon's official presentation of a successful
method for achieving CMMI® Maturity Level (ML) 4. This
informative course provides managers and practitioners a real-world
view of activities performed, data inputs and outputs, ROI, process
engineering templates and guides, and hands-on experience. This course
will assist your organization by allowing attendees to actually develop
the quantitative analysis models they will need to support ML 4 practices.
Although
there are more Process Areas (PAs) located at ML 2 and ML 3, many
organizations experience their first CMMI®-based improvement failure
as they attempt to implement ML 4 PAs. Our organization had similar
struggles, and through guidance and assistance provided by industry
experts, such as the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) and the
Software Productivity Consortium (SPC), we have been successful in
overcoming this hurdle.
Techrizon
has become the expert, and offers what is not available through academics
or consulting services. That is, a real-world system/software developer's
experience in implementing ML 4 practices.
The CMMI®
Level 4 Implementation course is intended for those organizations
that have already established a firm foundation through Maturity Level
(ML) 3. Engineers, managers, and practitioners from these organizations
will benefit greatly from the tools and techniques provided in this
course.
The Introduction
to CMMI® Course - Staged or Continuous Representation
- is required before attending this course. Additionally, either a
hard-copy of the CMMI® or the textbook CMMI®:
Guidelines for Process Integration and Product Improvement must
be provided by the student. These materials have been provided to
each student that successfully completed the introductory course.
(Note: Techrizon will provide these materials, at a nominal charge,
if arranged by the student/organization.)
