CMMI®
Level 5 Implementation
This
two-day event is Techrizon's official presentation of a successful
method for achieving CMMI® Maturity Level (ML) 5.
This course will assist you in closing the gap between ML 4 and
ML 5 quantification activities, and explain the true role of "analysis".
The
Optimizing Maturity Level 5 is not a "plateau". Many think
of achieving ML 5 as an end to a journey, which is far from reality.
ML 5 requires an understanding of your process and product in a
way that is a true expression of "organization maturity".
This means edifying the workforce through empowerment, and providing
managers with tools and techniques that reduce the risk of accomplishing
any mission or task.
Through
three decades of process engineering, Techrizon has become the expert,
and offers what is not available through academics or consulting
services. That is, a real-world system/software developer's experience
in implementing ML 5 practices.
The
CMMI® Level 5 Implementation course is intended for
those organizations that have already established a firm foundation
through Maturity Level (ML) 4. Engineers, managers, and practitioners
from these organizations will benefit greatly from the tools and
techniques provided in this course.
The
Introduction to CMMI® Course - Staged or Continuous
Representation - is required before attending this course. Additionally,
either a hard-copy of the CMMI® or the textbook CMMI®:
Guidelines for Process Integration and Product Improvement must
be provided by the student. These materials have been provided to
each student that successfully completed the introductory course.
(Note: Techrizon will provide these materials, at a nominal charge,
if arranged by the student/organization.)
