LEVEL 4 IMPLEMENTATION
The quantitative techniques required to understand the performance characteristics of projects and organizations are discussed in this course. Through instruction and practical exercises, students learn to understand process performance measurements and variation identification techniques. Course Description

LEVEL 5 IMPLEMENTATION
This course discusses the principles of continuous process improvement. The techniques for successfully implementing these principles are also examined. Students learn the importance of striving to achieve higher maturity level goals. Course Description
