Introduction
to CMMI®, Overview
There
is worldwide demand for evidence about the impact and benefits
of process improvement based upon the Capability Maturity Model®
Integration (CMMI®) process. There has been a large
amount of information documented through the Software Engineering
Institute (SEI), and published through various reports. However,
it is difficult to find information based upon real-world application
of the CMMI®, and its adaptability to the systems/software
engineering environment.
Techrizon
has developed an overview of the CMMI® that will assist you
in understanding these impacts and benefits. We have developed
actual Return-on-Investment (ROI) data, as well as data associated
with the execution of a certified CMMI® Level 5
systems/software engineering process. Through this overview, we
will give you visibility into a mature engineering process that
you are unable to gain anywhere else in the world.
With
this visibility and our unique way of presenting the CMMI®
to you, we will lay the foundation for you to make informed process
improvement decisions, as well as prepare for the follow-on course
"Introduction to the CMMI". Techrizon is a licensed
vendor for this service, and enjoys a relationship with the SEI,
through the Transition Partner Program.
This
Overview will provide you with a copy of the CMMI®,
summary materials, and program data from Techrizon ongoing and
historical project efforts.
The
Introduction to CMMI® Overview is intended for
managers and supervisors who need enough insight into the CMMI®
to make decisions for their organization.
