DSTATS Workstation Maintenance

• Price per month is for each unit or number of units specified.
• Workstation maintenance includes:
  • Repair or replacement of DSTATS PC, monitor, and cables. Free return shipping of replacement or repaired parts. Signal Master communications modem will be repaired based upon parts availability. (Note: Complete replacement of the Signal Master communications modem is outside the scope of the contract since it is no longer being manufactured. The Programmable Communications Controller (PCC) is not covered by this maintenance contract. However, Techrizon will repair or replace the PCC based on actual costs of parts, labor, and shipping.)
  • Reloading DSTATS software on HD and software updates to the current version of DSTATS software. These updates shall include, but not be limited to, fixes to the DSTATS software or software changes required for the DSTATS software to maintain compatibility with the currently fielded tactical Fire Support systems software.
  • Upgraded DSTATS software versions fielded concurrently with the fielding of new software versions of the Fire Support tactical systems (e.g., Software Block 1 and 2). Organizations who purchase maintenance on more than 250 units per year may participate in establishing the list of new functions being incorporated into future versions the DSTATS software. New requirements/functions being added to DSTATS will be limited to resources available to support the overall annual DSTATS software maintenance program.
  • A 1-800 (toll-free) help desk for DSTATS users to obtain operational support or report hardware or software problems. The help desk will be operational 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Operational support includes, but is not limited to, answering questions regarding the development of DSTATS scenarios, messages, and databases.
