Description/Overview: The Flexible Acquisition & Sustainment
Tool (FAST) focuses on the sustainment of all Air Force managed weapon
systems, support systems, subsystems, and components. The requirements
include services, modifications, spares, and repairs. FAST does not
include Military Construction (MILCON), Civil Engineering, or Base Operating
Support (BOS). In addition, FAST will not be used for new development
programs. Specific requirements are derived from the general requirements
and are defined in the individual delivery/task order.

Contract
Users: FAST can be utilized by any Air Logistics users. The contract
does not specifically prohibit other areas; however, the services offered
are strictly in the area of Air Logistics.
The primary
users of the FAST contracts are program managers at Warner Robins Air
Logistics Center, Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center and Ogden Air Logistics
Center. Product centers and other agencies or services are allowed to
utilize FAST through their sponsoring ALC.
