Contract Description/Overview: Service-based contract includes offerings that fall in the following “task areas”: Life Cycle Software Engineering Services (LCSES) for the life of the fielded fire support systems through software enhancement, maintenance, worldwide fielding, and post fielding support. Developing Command and Control, Target Acquisition, Meteorological, Fire Direction, and Fire Control software intensive systems, and Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) Foreign Military Sales programs. Also included are training development, automated and manual testing, configuration management, task planning, program management, administrative support services, cost control, cost reporting, program reviews, technical status reporting and other ancillary support and processes such as quality assurance and data management to support the technical efforts.

Contract Users: Open to Dept of the Army users, but is primarily being used by CECOM agencies, organizations, and departments.
