Contract Description/Overview: The CECOM Rapid Response contract is a competitive, streamlined business process that allows United States Federal Government managers to acquire contractor-provided equipment and services. The R2 contract provides a variety of hardware and services, including, but not limited to:

2. Technology Insertion, Systems Integration and Systems Engineering
3. Installation
4. Incidental Construction
5. Hardware and Software Fabrication
6. Test and Evaluation
7. Certification
8. Studies and Analyses (Other than R&D)
9. Technical Data Management
10. Logistics Support
11. Training
12. Acquistion Support

Contract Users: All federal agencies are authorized users. State and local governments are permitted to buy IT equipment, software, supplies, support equipment, and services.
