Contract Description/Overview: The systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA) contract is to support the Fires Battle Lab, Directorate of Combat Developments (DCD) and TRADOC System Managers (TSM) of the US Army Field Artillery Center (USAFAC) at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. It will provide support primarily but not limited to the following areas:

• Concept Development
• Doctrine Development
• Training Development
• Organizational Development
• Experimentation
• Studies and Analysis
• Models and Simulations
• Test and Evaluation
• Science and Technology
• Materiel Requirements
• Operational Environmen

Contract Users: All federal agencies are authorized users. State and local governments are permitted to buy IT equipment, software, supplies, support equipment, and services.
