Retires
Lawton, Oklahoma January 31, 2007. Techrizon, LLC announced today that one of its original 12 employees, affectionately dubbed The Dirty Dozen, has retired. John LaSorsa, Deputy Project Manager of the Quality Assurance and Configuration Management section, has retired after 30 years of service to the company.
John began his career with Techrizon in 1976 as a software manager. In 2006 he was promoted to the Corporate Director of Quality Assurance.
Mr. LaSorsa was one of the primary forces in helping Techrizon to achieve several prominent industry recognitions and certifications. These include Capability Maturity Model Integrated Level 5 (CMMI 5®) certification for software engineering processes from the Software Engineering Institute, and the International Organization for Standards/British Standards Institute (BSI) 17799 registration for information security.
Prior to joining Techrizon, Mr. LaSorsa served 15 years active duty in the U.S. Army, and 12 years in the U.S. Army Reserves.
Techrizon congratulates John LaSorsa on his retirement, and thanks him for his outstanding service and dedication to the company and to the U.S. Army.
