Branch
Assessment
Branch
Assessments are performed on targeted branch locations, identifying
vulnerabilities specific to the areas of Personnel Security, Business
Continuity Management, Physical and Environmental Security, and Organizational
Security. The Contractor will perform the services on a non-interference
basis and every reasonable effort will be taken to not disrupt normal
business activities. Tasks include a walk-through assessment, interviews,
and desktop data sampling.
Price:
The price
for a Branch Assessment is dependent on the size of the branch location
to be assessed. Determining requirements include factors like the physical
size of the branch, number of servers and desk tops, the number and
types of operating systems, and travel expenses.
Projected
Schedule:
In most
cases, consultant(s) will spend four hours on-site collecting data,
assessing the physical environment, running checks on desktops, and
performing interviews. One day is dedicated to analyzing the collected
information and preparing the final report. If multiple branches are
assessed, the results will be consolidated into one report. The final
report will be delivered within five days of the last branch assessed.
Deliverables:
The Contractor
will provide the Client a final report on the findings of the Branch
Assessment for each branch assessed. Findings consist of the requirements,
which failed. Included with the requirements will be the technical evaluation,
existing countermeasures, residual risks, recommended remediation, and
priority to implement.
