OPERATIONAL, SIMULATION AND PLATFORM TRAINING
Techrizon provides training solutions that complement and are in step with both the DoD and Service Component Training Transformation initiatives. Our training is based on the belief that joint force soldiers must be prepared to go to war immediately following their initial entry training. Officers, non-commissioned officers and young soldiers all benefit from our instruction. Our expert training staff uses virtual reality simulators, computer-based training or traditional platform instruction, as explained below.

VIRTUAL REALITY TRAINING
Techrizon currently employs a unique virtual reality training system to instruct members from every branch of service. We conduct this training using emerging technology. Since the simulator is immersive in nature, we are able to control the training environment. This includes time of day, temperature, as well as wind direction and speed.

Our simulator has an exceptional cognitive decision-making ability not found in other simulators that manipulates visual and physical space. As a result, JFOs and JTACs experience what it's like to be surrounded by a dynamic, reconfigurable operational environment.

COMPUTER-BASED TRAINING (CBT)
Our customers have recognized Techrizon's expertise in the area of e-learning development. We've been asked to develop and deliver numerous CBT systems over the next three years. When developing CBT for our clients, Techrizon strives to produce the best possible instructional format and materials. We operate from the assumption that first and foremost our products must maintain the soldier's interest. As a result, our CBT courses are highly interactive. This provides an optimal learning experience that increases the soldier's retention of the material.

PLATFORM INSTRUCTION
Although it may not be the most effective method in terms of the Training Transformation initiative, many requirements for platform instruction still exist. To support our development of the U.S. Government software systems, Techrizon has developed an effective platform-training program. This program uses our subject matter experts as trainers. As with all of our training solutions, our platform training combines classroom instruction with practical exercises and graded evaluations. This maximizes the soldier's comprehension of the presented material. Our instructors use proven training methodologies and are very comfortable developing and delivering effective platform training to a variety of individuals. In fact, our training can be provided in any discipline, situation and location.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT TRAINING
Techrizon offers the entire range of CMMI process improvement training solutions. These solutions will meet the needs of any customer. Our services include the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) authorized Introduction to CMMI course, process improvement consulting and appraisal services. This is designed to achieve goals at all maturity levels. In addition, Techrizon will tailor its training on specific process improvement topics to provide a custom fit for any individual organization's needs.
