The Department
of the Army has recognized our expertise in the area of e-Learning
development and has contracted Techrizon to develop and deliver Computer-Based
Training (CBT) for seven field artillery tactical data systems over
the next three years. Additionally, we were recently selected as one
of only eight Qualified Vendors for the Federal Aviation Administration's
(FAA) Worldwide Training Development.
When
developing CBT for our clients, Techrizon strives to provide training
rich with what we consider to be essential elements of any good training
product. The product should, first and foremost, maintain the interest
of the student. Our CBT courses are highly interactive. This interactivity
provides an optimal learning experience which increases the student's
retention of material. The material presented should be adequately
reinforced during the training, and the training application should
provide a measurable way to analyze a student's progress. Additionally,
the courseware should be developed in such a way that the lessons
adjust how the material is presented to the student, based on the
learning needs of the individual.
Our CBT
products include a Learning Management System (LMS), which enables
supervisors to monitor student progress and test scores for each module
of instruction, as well as for the entire course. We feel this information
enables supervisors to adjust training requirements as needed for
each individual. The LMS can be configured to reside on the client's
network, where it can be fully controlled and secured by them, or
it can be deployed in a web-based environment, allowing supervisors
from a great number of locations to access information for individuals
spread across geographical locations.
Techrizon
provides strategic consulting, custom course design and development,
and technical support for developed products to implement the best
possible training solution for our customers. Our staff is heavily
experienced in e-Learning authoring software and numerous other multimedia
development tools. Whether the client desires a web-based training
solution or a CBT tool to be installed on a company LAN or delivered
to individual users on CD-ROM, the combined experience and backgrounds
of our development personnel provide a vast set of skills to meet
these requirements.
